• If ordering a jacket tailored on your measurements make sure you have followed the instructions regarding sizes at “how to take your measurements”

Published prices and final invoices are in Euro.
To help clients approximate the Euro values in their local currency, the web site has a currency converter feature. Final credit card and PayPal debited amounts may vary based on currency fluctuations and bank commissions.

The following methods of payment are accepted by JANNIDERMA.COM:

Credit Card
Upon purchase, customers enter their credit card details in a secure electronic banking system, provided by PAYPAL. It’s possible to make purchases using Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Credit Card Security: All transactions are processed by PayPal, JANNIDERMA.COM customers is guaranteed a maximum of security on their purchase.

JANNIDERMA.COM recommends clients to apply for e-commerce security PIN CODES provided by Verified by Visa and SecureCode by Mastercard.

Credit Card Charges: If there is sufficient funds and the account is valid, the order will be processed by PayPal. Credit Cards are debited upon order placement for both, available and Pre-order items though shipment will be later as soon as the ordered merchandise arrives at our boutique as indicated on our website.

JANNIDERMA.COM welcomes payments only from Verified PayPal Accounts. JANNIDERMA.COM will only ship to the Verified PayPal Account Address, orders from not verified PayPal accounts will be cancelled.

Bank Wire Transfer

Selecting Bank Wire Transfer as e method of payment is only a request. The merchandise is not held for the Client at this time. Upon receipt the request, JANNIDERMA.COM will send you our bank information. Items will only be set aside after receiving an e-mail with the scanned bank transaction within 72 hours to arte@janniderma.com.

Merchandise will be shipped once the funds have reached JANNIDERMA’s bank account and as soon as merchandise is available at the boutique.

If the scanned bank transaction is not received within 72 hours of the request, the order will be cancelled.

Clients can place an order for merchandise which is at the moment not available but will arrive upon the indicated time or for an order which has to be made on measurements. This order is called Pre-Order.
Pre-Orders are processed in the same way as Order Placements. Your Credit Card will be debited the date of order placement although the merchandise will be shipped later in time, immediately after the arrival at our boutique.

THE SHIPPING-ADDRESS-COUNTRY INSERTED FOR PRE-ORDERS CAN NOT BE MODIFIED, UPDATED OR CHANGED IN ANY WAY.

In the event an item reserved by the client does not arrive, the client will be informed and refunded.

JANNIDERMA.COM sends to the client an e-mail confirming the payment and order as well as when you can expect the merchandise to be shipped:

Leather clothes and handbags:  The item you selected will be shipped within 15 working days,  if an order has to be made on your measurements it will be shipped within 20 working days.

For any eventual unforeseen JANNIDERMA.COM will inform the client immediately.

Order Update: Clients can obtain their order’s status by sending an e-mail to arte@janniderma.comindicating the first and last name under which the order was placed.

Orde-Changes: We remind clients once an order is placed for available items, items in order such as orders on measurements, no changes can be made to that order.

Products and images on-line

JANNIDERMA.COM declines every responsibility that, due to a particular configuration of a client’s computer or to malfunction, the colours of the products visualized on the web site could appear to be slightly different from the original.

Images on JANNIDERMA.COM belong to JANNIDERMA and any unauthorized use of these images without the express written consent of JANNIDERMA is forbidden.

It is possible that the designer makes changes during the production phase/or decides not to produce an item. In the event there is a difference with a Pre-Order item or an item will not arrive from the designer, JANNIDERMA.COM will contact the client for express approval and either proceed to shipment or cancel the order for a refund.

Items featured on the web site reflect the actual availability of the item in colour and size.
Once the order is processed, JANNIDERMA.COM reserves the right to re-confirm the availability of the merchandise, verify the transaction’s validity and check the client’s record with JANNIDERMA.COM. Clients will be informed if for any reason the item ordered is not available or if the order cannot be processed as for the client’s request.
